The SSCOR DuCanto Catheter Kits are connected to flexible suction tubing that has a 9/32" I.D. for maximum fluid flow. The lack of a thumb port makes suction immediately available when the catheter is connected to the suction source. By removing the vacuum control, (thumb port) the caregiver does not need to locate and keep their thumb correctly positioned over the thumb port to clear a patient’s airway.
